First pic is when i first bought it. It was bone stock and from the original owner who was in his 60's. I cranked 1.5 inches in front and added a rough country add-a-leaf to the back, and threw 33" Super Swampers on the back. The AAL complimented the rougher ride from the front adjustment to where it rides like a 2500 does without a load.

Appreciate it. I just got done with "MEAN GREEN" 4 hi harness. TYC elegantes and parking lenses. And 5k HID's. Lighting is awesome now. Thanks to all the info on this site. Scored some unimog 404 axles for 900 bucks. So now this truck will be hauling a mud truck in the near future. Thinking Craigslist will surface another clean 97 so I can do all my own troubleshooting on either vehicle.
