I've heard once the cv stub is out the hub could come apart. That was on a 1500 though.

I'd make sure the front is supported myself.

if you drive it with no cv you could pull your bearing apart, although we tried it once and made it on a 2 and a half hour trip and nothing happened.

It seems I am having an low reading on my volts for my truck and I am wondering what altinator I have it is a Bosch al8592x I looked it up and it says 200amp is this correct or can the same part numbers be different output ranges?

Did some tie downs in the back today and welded up some holes in the top of the tailgate and side of box that the previous owner had there. Gonna weld up the holes from the camper mirrors on a nicer day.

So looking for some advice I got my torsion bars cranked to the max and 3" body lift do e right;). Gonna do either 33s or 35s same size all around with dually spacers in the rear but worried about ordering 35s and not having the room. Any opinions?

Well been awhile since I last posted and a lot has changed..
New upgrades

315/75/16 nitto open country m/t on all 6 rims
3" freds spacers
2" superlift block in rear
smoked clearence lights
blacked out front and rear bumpers grill and chevrolet plaque on back

plus all the regular maintainence that goes along with it
