People have listed worse trucks on the local CL for the same price. Considering all you've done to it, I think it's really fair

Yeah thats what i was gonna say, i didn't think it was outrageous based on some of the things i've seen on craigslist.

To be honest, if it was 4x4, I'd sell my DD for it. It looks really nice. You shouldn't have any problems getting that for it

If I had the money I would pay that, seems like a pretty fair price
