LED Install problems

Hi guys, I've got a 98 Sierra. I installed all new front amber leds for the turn signals. Now I've got a problem. I do in fact have a LED flasher for the hyper flash (which did fix that) but now after installing the LEDs this happens-

So the blinker indicators are constantly on when I either flip my headlight switch to the first or second position.
