I can't say I even knew about them. But since it's a 5.3 it's just an ls swap. It's been done tons of times.

I'm almost 100% positive the Joe Gibbs package had a supercharged 4.8 and a 6 speed manual. I assume a T56.

I'm not really sure I just remember seeing this vid. Maybe the ex cabs came with a 5.3. And it's only got a 5 speed.

That sounds right. Not sure it's a t56. For the price of those trucks you could easily buy it, throw a whipple a drop and a lot better looking wheels on it for a lot cheaper than what they wanted.
