Is the Vortec exhaust manifold the same as TBI manifold?

My truck has an exhaust leak due to a bad exaust manifold. The 2 studs off the back of the manifold are preaty much rusted off. Rather rather than pull the old one off, try to repair it, then reinstall, I would like to swap out with a like new manifold from a 99 Tahoe that had a Vortec engine.
Is this a direct swap?

Vortec manifold's are only different in one way, the driver's side manifold has the port for an external egr tube, but it can be capped off for use on a TBI engine. So yes they would work.
