I am hoping to install a new blend door actuator on my 95 Tahoe. I have air coming from all locations, even though its all at the same time. Seems like there is no movement on that actuator, so I am planning to replace it.

When the motor is off, is there any way that the doors need to be set for them to work correctly? I am not entirely sure it was ever right since I bought the Tahoe.

Just wondered if anyone who has done this had any pointers...

Thanks,

Shawn

The door and the motor are keyed so it can only go on one way. You really cant mess it up.
