Just got another obs 1993 reg cab stock 5.7 c1500 seen the ac ep381 isnt readily available and ac may not be the best choice anymore , read alot on Delphi quality dwinding ,Carter has the p9005 but not much said good or bad about that pump. The Carter is made in China along with all of them i have found that are plug and pla which really sucks. Seen a few posts on the Walbro 5ca400 but not sure if it will be a direct fit plug and play for my truck and factory sending unit? Just want the truck to be reliable, don't want the pump to fail it's such a pain to change .

Delphi Vortec pump is what I have used. Picked one up just last year for the 87 G20. FE0114 is the part number, drops right on the TBI sending unit.

FWIW, the Walbro is also direct fit, plugs right onto sender with no splicing.
