I have a 95 GMC truck that needs the ignition cylinder removed. I'm trying but can't remove it. I turn the key to start, install the allen wrench in the hole, but don't really feel any pin. I continue to turn to run, still don't feel anything pushing down. Anybody know how to remove this thing? Thanks.
