Ignition grip

What is this called? Can I buy just this piece? An internet search shows I can buy the entire lock cylinder with this grip on it but I only need a new grip. I suspect I'm not using the right terms in my search. Any help is appreciated.

Pretty sure they aren't available separate, unless you go to the auto wreckers. I had to buy the whole thing last time. Went for a Dorman one.... seemed to hold up for a while.

I had to read this thread just because I had no idea what an "ignition grip" was..... an insulated glove maybe???

Those ears like to break off the lock cylinder after a while. My current Burb had them busted off when we got it, so Dad bought a new lock cylinder and got a locksmith to rekey it to match the truck key. Biggest hassle on changing it is dealing with the air bag.
