How to lower front by 4 inches

I have a 93 k1500 I have a 6 inch drop in the rear and 3 inch torsion keys in front can I crank them more to make a 4 inch or make it a little lower?

You can definitely de-crank your torsion bars to lower the truck. The problem it seems the 4x4 guys run into when lowering much is you get such extreme angles on the CV joints that they fail very quickly. So, just be warned.
