Is it insulated? What are you looking to keep it at in the summer, 75°?

It's got some sort of insulation but not much. I'd like to get it in the high 70's if possible. Looking at 15,100 BTU window unit.

It would probably get you in the upper 70's. The problem for you will be getting the humidity out.

Maybe 2 15000 btu unit would work. I think you'll need closer to 24000 btu's how high are your Ceilings?
