Hey guys I recently saw a few photos and I am wondering if anyone can help me out with identifying or linking me some sites to help me browse and devour my need to surf somewhere online...

I saw these neat bumper lights and I am curious if they sell these somewhere or if this is more of a home-made modification..

I also am looking for a new set of rims this summer and I saw these and I liked them quite a bit as I'm deciding to lower my truck and switch from 20" to something more rally like. Anyone ID these or link me a site with wheels like this style?
I know they are 5 bolt and my truck is 6 bolt so.

I see they aren't off the 2013 are they? The 2013 rims look a little more curvy than flat.
