I order the superlifts 1.5" Lift blocks, and I have the axle dropped right now, but the lift block pin will not fit into the perch, it has a rectangular hole, and the pin is round. WTF?

Use a couple c clamps to help compress the springs then tighten the block to your spring then grind it until it fits in hole

either grind the head of the bolt/pin or make the hole in the perch bigger.

Thanks - I got it.

Not the safest method - but I aligned the pins, lifted the axle as high as I could to maximum pressure from the springs, unloaded the spings, then lowered the jack down quickly. Weight of the truck coming down instantly "forced" the pin into the perch. It'll be a ***** if I ever want to get it out =/
