Heads cam swap tbi

Hey guys, The engine in my 94 was rebuilt by previous owner about 30,000 ago and devoleped a miss. to my dismay the cam is flat. i have a set of vortec heads i would like to install and i am going to put a hyd. roller in. I have heard that the hot cam with 1.5 rockers would be a good choice. Is that so? This is a 4x4 daily that i sitll would like to tow with. I thinkn i am going to have tbi chips do the tuning because its my daily and i want it to run right away rather than try to tune and drive. Any other ideas on cams or tuning? Thanks
