I do have a gmt 400 has a 3in bl with it is it okay to add a 2inch suspension lift? Will it change its perfromance comfort etc.

You can definitely do a body lift with a suspension lift, people do it all the time. A body lift doesn't affect the driveability of a vehicle since you are simply lifting the body away from the frame a few inches. But suspension lifts can change driving dynamics and you will need an alignment afterwards. Some members have had issues getting their trucks aligned after a suspension lift.

This isn't the right place to ask that. But there's no 2 Inch suspension lift for these trucks.
