Most of the ones I see around here have been lowered and made useless.

Lowered duallies can still be useful if they're set up right. Check out BHBurban's! Sadly, many have been done wrong, which has given them a bad rep.

Lowered trucks are not useless. I get so tired of hearing this. When done right they can still tow/haul just as much as before.
