That is def a bad ass truck! I have the parts needed to convert the 6.2 in the truck into a 6.2 turbo...I have a feeling this truck is gonna get stacks

i would do a 4/6 drop on it with a flat wood/steel bead with some old school hotrod wood sides that tapper down..do a nice clean flat black paint with the inside painted grey.. do not put 19.5 inch wheels on it go the big boy route an get some 22" there milled down 22.5 inch wheels with the adptors...

I know this is a ferd but is this the style of bed you had in mind?
