Rubber, Polyurethane, or something else?added upper/lower control arm bushings
If those are rubber OEM-style bushings, you'll need special tools to install them properly, likely including specialized spacers to prevent the control arms from bending when you press the old ones out and the new ones in. This somewhat depends on what you're using to press 'em out and back-in with.
That's one of several reasons I always install Polyurethane bushing inserts if I can source them for the vehicle I'm working on.
Another is that with Poly, you don't have to have the suspension at normal ride height before torquing the bolts. That's ESSENTIAL with bonded rubber.
