I do too, but my buddy doesn't have very many NBS trucks. Has about 30 OBS though

You need the mirror, the temp probe behind the grill and pigtails. Also get the little cover for the wiring that goes from mirror to headliner. I couldn't find one

I'll do that next time I go. I don't like going because no one who works there speaks english haha

I'm running the bulbs that came with the kit they are amber 194 incandescent.
