Exhaust Manifold Connection To Pipe

While attempting to remove headers, I broke 2 bolts on drivers side where it connects to exhaust pipe. I am trying to drive truck to exhaust shop to get them to fix it and seal the connection back up. But now, the truck is running really rough. Are these 2 things directly related? I removed headers during engine replacement.

Probly messing up the O2 sensors if anything plus cooling down faster than it needs to. Hopefully someone else knows
