So the tps has completely cured the low shift point- but the truck still lurches when put in gear and when shifting into 2nd. Feels like the computer is raising the line pressure. Any idea how to fix this? It actually hurts my mothers back when she goes for a ride w me

How did you test your TPS? How hard is it to get right when installing?

Have someone hold the brake and put it in gear while you look at your motor mounts, tranny mount, driveshaft ujoints. Will have to put in park then in gear a few times while you look at each one. The mounts should have very minimal play. The ujoints should have no play. You can check them by hand to. Crawl under the truck and try to twist them around a bit. Still should be no movement.

My concern is that it idles at 900 rpm when in park, then 600 in gear- so i contribute that to the slaming
