iS THERE A DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE DRIVESHAFTS BETWEEN A 4L60 AND NV3500 5 SPEED MANUAL TRANSMISSION ( AS FAR AS THE NUMBER OF SPLINES)?

There should be no difference in the # of splines on the driveshaft yolk as far as I am aware.
HOWEVER - if you are swapping a 4l60e to an nv3500(or vise versa) in a 4X4 truck, the splines will be different on the output shaft of tranny and input shaft of transfer case

NV3500, NV4500, TH400, 4l80e - 32 spline transmission output shafts
4l60e, 700r4, th350 etc, - 27 spline transmission output shafts
