I have a pair of injectors that I had cleaned out by Witch Hunter back in 2016. I never did install them and I pretty sure that they're totally dry inside. Can I just pop them into the pod and deal with my truck running like poo for a bit, or do they need to go get refreshed?

Just install them and see if it starts up. If not, or if one isn't spraying, tap the top with a hammer to free them up.

^ Yep... TBI is nice that way. You can visually see how they are spraying. If they look like a Christmas tree with no large drops, your good to go.

I highly doubt the rubber dried up since 2016, maybe if you were in Arizona and you left them in your front yard but Washington state isn't known for being an arid climate.
