its tough to say without being in the truck, but you're probably okay as far as the trans goes. you'll probably want to get that exhaust fixed so the O2 can do it's job properly since with no MAF, you've only got the MAP and PCM calculations to estimate airflow, so unless your VE is perfect, which is unlikely, the O2's will be your friend to trim things to where they need to be.
