30# per bag at 50 quantity figures out to 1500#...now that is the number on the door, but to haul 3/4 of a ton on a regular basis you should have a 2500 truck!
I saw some people with a new Yukon struggling for a while to get a fridge in their SUV at work yesterday, and the whole time I'm thinking "ya know, if you had a TRUCK that wouldn't be a problem....slide it in standing up, up against the front of the bed, Rawhide could handle that easy peasy". I keep bungees and ratchet straps in my truck for whatever I may need to carry; had four boxes of toys on top of plastic tables laid down in the front of the bed, over the weekend to go to a local toy show.

You’re definitely not wrong HWB, but in these complicated times we live in some days a 1500 decides to identify as a 2500 or 3500, I can’t explain it all

Pretty sure the reason I had to replace the cracked leaf spring on my 93 was the load of flagstone that was perhaps inconsistent with manufacturers payload suggestions..so I have a history of not knowing my limits…don’t try this at home kids

Yup mine does half ton duty (groceries and hauling brother and I to work) till I need it to be a one ton(recent trip to Austin for Lone Star Roundup).

my one friend that gives me work some times has a 88 S-10 2.5 5 speed regular cab short bed 2wd 3:73 7.5 10 bolt rear one wheel peal and it identifys as a 3500 dually hew also a a 2000 gmc 1500 regular cab long bed 4.3 4l60e 2wd that also identifys as a 3500 dually

Saw this sweet Tahoe on the way to work, near where we live, this morning. The orange wagon was at Kroger, got there right after we parked Rawhide so I could go get some groceries. I talked to the owner a little bit after taking a few pictures. It's a '70 Buick Estate Wagon, and is in pretty good condition for its age.
