Not sure I would define that as "pretty cool". Interesting for sure.

Forgot I snapped this pic, grabbing dinner at Culver's the other night and spotted one of the many 2-door Blazer/Tahoes running around, there's one guy by my parent's house who has 3 of them sitting around as well as a K5.
It's wild to think of something that's relatively rare only to realize how many are running around locally.

Depends where your at I get a glimpse of them once in awhile. But once you activate your reticular activating system you'll notice them more. But I still don't see them often. I always give them thumbs up when I see one.

There's a few of them in Houston area that I see but often not quick enough to photograph them. Used to be a red and black one like this, a couple exits down 610 on one of the side streets. Never got a pic, and I haven't seen it in a while. Probably moved or sold the truck....

Here's a couple I saw yesterday; blue one is a ECSB that looks pretty nice, unfortunately I couldn't get a better picture. The white one is my friend Jim's truck, IIRC it's a '93. He's in the model car club, and used to have a couple of really sharp Caprices. One got totalled last year and he bought the truck.
The two squares are at a big flea market in SW Houston on 59. They've been there a while....

Nice truck, I have the slightly larger version!
I have a couple grand in it after purchase, but it does what I need it to and I don't have payments. It's not perfect, probably never will be, but it's a work truck and it's mine.

It feels so much better holding a title in hand instead of a payment book!

It's the last half of August and we still have green grass. This never used to happen. This is the second time in ten years. My mower's getting a workout.

So dry here I am now mowing bout 1/2 acre instead of the whole acre.

And a couple more! I thought the one hiding in the tall grass at the railroad crossing was a cool shot. This blue Sportside is my friend Brian's, he and his club put on the show I was at Saturday. It's a '95 with a 350....

Oh man! She's a beaut! The sportside I mean. Yes, I am biased..

We got 30min. rain yesterday and you couldn't even tell, that afternoon, the ground just slurped it up.
