Looks similar to a truck in truckin magazine. Except that truck had chrome wheels.

It's a 97 454 Truck, 160k on the Odometer, but the motor was recently redone.

He chose to leave them black for contrast.

I like 'em black.

Looks good that way and will stand out in a sea of monochromatic custom vehicles.

Ties in nicely with the smoked clearance lights too...
