If not, at least consider switching to a different operating system if they're going to be connected to the internet. That looks to be Windows 7 or 8 if I'm not mistaken, and Microsoft has ended support for both of those at this point. Connecting that system to the internet as-is probably isn't a great idea from a security standpoint.

I know how you feel. My laptop can't run Ubuntu newer than 18.04.

My day to day laptop is this this Lenovo Thinkpad X201 running Debian 12.
