I've got a 88 and I put a 350 car berated engine into it. It has 327 heads and carb and intake. I have fire compression and spark but it just turns and turns all day. Never attempting to hit. Clog sputter or try to start at all. Any suggestions?!?

If you've got compression and spark, and it's not even attempting to fire, then you're not getting fuel. Pour a little bit of fuel down into the carb to try and get it to fire. This will tell you for sure if it's not getting fuel.

exactly if you dump a lil in it and its getting all you say, it should try or fire.

If not I'd think timing or something

Yep, if it doesn't fire after you pour some fuel down it then your timing is severely fubar.

that would be my first place to look.

on a side note dumping some gas in a tbi truck will make it fire up too, if you are getting spark but no fuel, had to do mine that way a few times to figure out problems.
