Front wheels were pretty tight to install as the wheel didn’t sit flush, but as I tightened the lug nuts, it seated just fine.
Did you investigate to determine the reason they didn't sit flush?

I used to have a similar issue, camaro wheels have a 66.9mm hub bore that happens to barely fit over the end of our factory rotors, since the end of the rotor is not meant to touch anything or center the wheel the casting tends to be a bit rough so the wheel won’t slide over it easily. The picture below shows the end where the camaro wheels barely fit over. I do not recommend using the lug nuts to pull the wheel flush, I would machine down the surface or at least sand it smooth.Did you investigate to determine the reason they didn't sit flush?
