Cab leak

So I still haven't fixed the leak on my drivers side, it's coming from the upper hole stamped in the body behind the emergency brake. When I spray with the hose It will start to leak but I can't pinpoint exactly where it's getting in. Any thoughts?

I have the same leak above the drivers feet near the parking break, here is what I found. The picture I took is looking through the cowl from the top toward the drivers side corner. There is a large rectangular hole and I can reach my hand into the cab, what is missing here?
