Brake lines + Prop valve questions

Ok, first off not near my truck and want to pickup some brake line. Anyone able tell me what size the line is for the back and front?

So when doing my SAS i'm going to ditch the ABS module so I have to build a new system. From the master I need a proportioning valve to reduce rear pressure, what kind are people buying? Rear brakes T once at the axle, what are people using to T the front?

Well, checked truck. 3/16 line for the front and 1/4 for the back...

So what are people running for a distribution block/ prop valve??
