Doing this will certainly help others who are trying to figure out how
can you possibly get power on a circuit when you aren't supposed to. (!)
An electrically conductive foreign object introduced into the fuse block during
prior maintenance. This shows that just about anything is possible, and
nothing can be eliminated from the 'possibility list' during initial troubleshooting.
