anyone like flatbeds?

i always wanted a flat bed but i think it would look funny on a half ton extended cab. i think it would be a lot more useful then a normal bed

thanks. I havent been on here in awhile. I since built an underbody tool box for it and the side extensions to make it 8' to haul 2 snowmobiles. Unfortunately, the gent I bought it from didnt do a good job removing the old rust underneath before he repainted it. its starting to rust up. here when I get some time I'm going to blast it off good, give it some rust treatment and repaint it.

I like them when done right. Like the guy above said I don't like seeing a bunch of wood thrown over the back of the truck. But a nice bed made out of steel tubes and grading with storage maybe. It can look nice
