Obviously I'll have to use the buffer, and I don't expect it all to come out. But anything would be an improvement.

Look into that car brite Sleek! Its a wax meant for that sort of thing. Hang on ill get the description for you. I think youd like it anyways bro.

Removes light scratches, oxidation and swirl marks
Generates deep gloss
Creates barrier that protects paint from UV rays and surface contaminants
Very little product needed, which prevents pads from becoming saturated
Easy to use, and residue easy to remove

Alot of detailers use Car Brite, so ask around the local places(dealerships...etc) about it. If worst comes to worst I'll see if I can dig up my old bottle and refill it and just send it to you. I can always get more.

I appreciate the info. I'll look into it but I'm going to use Adam's for now- I paid $60+ for it so I'm somewhat invested to see what it can do. Whenever it warms up I'll be sure to take some before and after pics.
