Definately try and find a larger set of injectors or boost your fuel pressure. I've heard a lot of mixed reviews about the holley, personally you can buy a multi-port setup for the same price so I wouldn't go that route.
Remember, all the other mods won't work like they're designed unless you can provide them with the fuel and air they require.
