The black housing are the only way to go with headlights and turn signals. The black lenses just don't look right

I'm not a big fan of anything black for the headlights or parking lights. yukon drivers look dark.

True. I like clear headlights and signals. Corners look cool smoked and so do tail lights, but just slightly smoked

My headlights and turn signals are basically the exact same style as those TYC's. They just look dark because the black reflects of the back of the light and so it looks tinted when they aren't.

I didn't have my corners tinted, I bought them like this. This looks to be the exact same lights I bought. http://tlnautoparts.com/index.php/06-00-24-19116.html

Which kind of makes me mad, because I paid $40 for mine, but whatever. I'm pretty sure they're DOT approved, but even if they aren't, I doubt you'll ever have any issues. The requirement is that there is an amber reflective surface on the corner, so I don't know why they wouldn't be compliant. I had clear corners on before, and never had a problem, and those don't have any amber on them, just the amber bulb in the bottm light.

Yeah and now I have a pewter truck and I'm looking for some smoked clear ones. I haven't seen those smoked amber ones in a while.
