I wish I could go SAS but I just don't have the money. Yeah the steps I have do a pretty good job hiding the frame so I don't think it would be to bad. I just don't want to be smashing tires anymore. how is the handling after a BL? its no big deal my truck already doesn't handle well so im used to it.

The BL doesn't change handling at all except for the center of gravity being slightly higher because all the suspension characteristics are unchanged bigger tires might change it a bit

I would say run a 2" and look at 37's in the future.

My factory hoe running boards keep my frame hidden, but the trucks I see around town with 3 inches of frame hanging out can't be taken seriously.

I personally think they look much cleaner at 6 inches of lift and a crank.
