So im thinking about a body lift. I feel a little stuffed. After seeing ryan merricks with a three inch, im thinking of a two" bl with some 1.5" wheel spacers. Opinions?

So ive been thinking, going to be ordering a body lift soon. Just a 2" to get a little height over the tires also to clear them when i complete step two. Step two my tires rub the frame. Sucks not sure why but they do. So im either ditching the py0s wich i really dont want in favor of some aftermarket 16x8s or in going to run a wheel spacer. Leaning towards the spacer mainly because it will be cheaper and i have yet to find a 16" wheel i like.

In other news ive always wanted a lowered truck im a car guy and want it all. Talked with the old lady and next year after we settle into a new house im going to start searching for a rclb 400. My plans are a 4/6 drop and a two tone paint scheme to match my grandfathers truck that was totalled last year. Dont get scared in keeping the crew just adding a fun little cruiser to the stable.

So after some research it appears the c2500 is a little more narrow than its 4wd brethren (sp)

Front track for the C1500 is 63.2 inches, for the C2500 it is 62.6 inches and for the C3500 it is 63.3 inches. Two-wheel-drive trucks have a 63.6-inch rear track. The four-wheel-drive K1500 and K2500 share a 64.1-inch front track, while the K3500 front track measures 68.6 inches. Rear track is 63.5 inches for the K1500 and 63.9 inches for other K models. Turning circle varies between 43.2 feet for a C1500 short-box to 54.8 feet for an extended cab. Tire specs vary from 225/75R15 for a C1500 short-bed to 245/75R16 for a 3500-series truck. All trucks have an independent front suspension with a live axle in the rear.

Congrats!!! That's awesome. It will be much easier to work on your truck then.
