Hello everyone. I am new to the forum and just wanted to shoe you the build that i started Friday. 4-15-2011.. I will update often with alot of pictures....

I will be converting it to 2wd from 4wd.
Keeping the 6 lug bolt pattern.
All custom interior.
Bagging.
Built motor and tranny.

List goes on and on.

Is it even possible....sorry, not possible but financially sound, to attempt to turn a 4x4 frame into a 2wd one. Wouldnt it be easier to use a 2wd frame???

I am sectioning a 2wd burb frame down to fit, because around here 2wd 2DR frames are very hard to come by. I haven't seen though what he has in mind for this one.

Finding a 2WD Tahoe/Yukon here would be next to impossible. With our winters not a lot of people buy 2wds, except for a dedicated summer tow rigs. Never thought of that point draggin...

Well i would only have about 200 bucks in the conversion b/c i picked up an 89 2wd pickup for 200 bucks.. But i found a 2wd frame for 350 so it will be delivered to me this Tuesday.
