94 305 to 89 350 change

Im wondering what all has to replaced making this swap. I've read that for trucks its the same module, but not sure about the 5 year date difference. I'm thinking it will have issues. Can someone please shed some light on the differences? Thanks

Everything on the engine from TBI to pan is the same and I think you can use the same computer, unless there is a slight difference between the injector pulse due to the larger CI.
