Why are you trying to retro a 1995 4L80E into your 1992 C2500?

Asking as the 91-92s had a diff valve body, EPC harness and command and control framework compared to the 94+....1991-1993 are considered interchangeable whereas 1994 is a stand alone year for those units; 1995-1996 are interchangeable as are 1997-2013. The selector shafts are longer as well starting in 1995, and I believe they introduced the shift cable that year also so not sure it would work "as-is" with your external mechanical shift linkage on the 1992 truck.

because my revers band broke, and i found this 95. and in norway 4l80e's from a rwd is not commond. and i need to use the truck while i rebuild my old one. Okay, but when i search on the valve body, it says 92-96, so aren't they the same? i know the 91 has the screw in temp sensor. but that was a one year only.

No - see above. The valve bodies are different, I specified the differences but go ahead and install it. Maybe it will work. 91-93 had that diff epc which changed in 94. The transmission's harness itself changed in 93 though you can replace the harness with the updated Rostra harness that will service all years 1991-2003.

You may also need to swap the selector shaft over from your 92 as well.
