I hit a deer in my 88, and got my donor parts off a 94 Suburban. I went from 4 sealed beam lights, to composite lights. When I pulled the clip off the Sub, I got the head light harness as well. It plugged into the firewall plug, and all the lights, except the driver's side high beam work. As far as damage from the deer, I replaced all the bent metal, and the harness. All grounds in place, and no blown fuses. I did have the 4 headlight mod before on the sealed beam lights. Has anyone else done a grill swap and run into the same problem?

i did the opposite and went from composite to 4 headlight on the 93. i just snipped the pigtails, not using the complete harness. you need to confirm all the wires from the old and new are matching up. unplug the harness and look at the connections on both.
