There actually is such a thing as muffler bearings..... My boss at FWD Performance had a slick 200hp 68 Beetle and whenever we would get a new tech I'd have them run and get me a radiator cap for it cause I had to winterize it.

Air cooled. Don't even have a fan. My boss's had a small electric fan mounted as a puller on the rear hood louvers. That motor hydrolocked so many times I got tired of looking at it. Little white Bug with flames and running boards.
