275/55/R20 Goodyear LS2s with 9/32" tread and 30psi = 31 1/8"

Gotta go measure the 235/75/R15s.

most obs 1500s are 10bolts. i belive the 4wd is wider 88-98 but pre to 88 they are more narrow by about 3 inches FYI! and 250 for a stock 10 bolt seems like rape IMO. i got one here in michigan for my sisters truck complete ready to go in good shape with a locker for 70 bucks. i would look harder man.

Yeah man, I agree. I'm definitely going 14 bolt but am still trying to figure what the width of a 2WD 14 bolt 9.5" SF is. A 4WD 14 bolt 9.5" SF is 1640 mm as measured by Hquick.

Yay! Going to pick up a rear end on Saturday. $250, drum to drum. Needs to be cleaned up a bit (surface rust) but everything else works.

Quick question: Can I put the rear end in my bed or do I need to get a trailer?

Some guy in McKinney bought it thinking it would fit in his '06. Now, I'm just a few weeks away from having some cash to get front rotors and rebuild the brake assemblies on the 14 bolt. It has 3.73s too. I'll be sure to grab the GOOD straps.

yeah you can fit more than one axle in a short bed man. most def strap it down reaaaalllllyyyy good. i have had bad experiences with that, also make sure you put it in there vent tube up because there is nothing worse than having gear fluid spilled in the bed of your truck. no matter how many times you wash your bed it will stink for quite a while and make you worry that its your axle leaking under the truck lol. funny story though i brought home my d60s for my dodge in my buddys gmt400 back in hs, he had a long bed 1500 4x4 and that thing sat on the bump stops with those front and rear sixteys back there lol.
