4L60E to posible nv3500 just need conformation on needed parts

I found a 89 reg cab k1500 5 speed with a 4.3 v6 in it i beleve it to be a nv3500 but not shure
My 1994 extended cab 1500 has recently developed some transmission problems that noone can explain so im just gonna do a 5speed swap cause i miss a manual
Please correct me if im missing anything
Need trans flywheelclutch assy
Crosmember
pedal assy and clutch master cyl
Ft drive shaft
Shifter assy
Prom reflash
Seals rear main(mines leaking) and trans output and transfer to trans gasket
Fluids
And that should be it right
If so i will do a write up soon as i will be pulling the parts from the truck this weekend

I've heard that the NV3500 will not handle much over stock. Your best bet is to go the NV4500 route.
