406 small block w/TBI idle issues Any ideas???

Having some idle trouble with my project. Recently installed a 406 small block into my 1994 K1500. Has Holley 670 Throttle body, edlebrock intake, headers, and a custom chip by Motorvation. Goes good when WOT by at idle and slow cruising(1000rpm or so) stumbles & drops few hundred rpm then idles back to normal. Any ideas would greatly be appreciated
