I was wondering if 315/75R16 tires would fit on my truck with a 3" body lift and have 16x10" wheels with 4" backspacing. If not, could I crank the torsion bars and clear them?

You'll probably have to crank about 2" to clear them. I had 37" Boggers on 16x8's with 4" of b.s. with a 3" body lift and 3" of crank. (Please do not crank that much!) it rubbed really bad. I trimmed alot of bumper and it always hit the rear of the front fender. I now have 315/75r16s (on same rims) with a 6" RCX and no rubbing. And it rides great now.

I'm running 315's on my factory wheels with a body lift and crank, blocks in the rear. You may have to trim depending on backspacing.

Keep in mind 315's will stuff under a factory truck, so with a lift it's going to come down to your backspacing in relation to the frame/wells.
