3/4 ton or 1/2 ton

I am looking at a few oem replacement parts for my rear suspension (1995 Tahoe 4dr 5.7 V8 4x4) some of the parts it asks if its 1/2 or 3/4 and the engine type, I'm thinking its 1/2 right? Only the Burbs were 3/4?

You are correct, tahoes are only half tons. Suburbans came in 3/4 ton option.
